5.3 Dormant Accounts

If your account remains inactive with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, it will be classified as dormant. gxbet reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of five percent (5%) of the remaining balance or fifty Philippine pesos (₱50), whichever is less, until the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero. You will be notified via email before any dormancy fees are applied.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. Bonuses are granted at gxbet's sole discretion and may be subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. 10. Intellectual Property

12. Termination and Suspension

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance from your account. If you fail to withdraw funds within ninety (90) days of account closure, gxbet may charge administrative fees or forfeit remaining balances as permitted by law.

Upon termination or suspension of your account, you must immediately cease using gxbet services. Any attempt to circumvent suspension or termination by creating a new account will result in permanent exclusion from gxbet services and forfeiture of all funds.

The provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, limitation of liability, indemnification obligations, and dispute resolution procedures.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

13.2 Dispute Resolution
